Stunning views of the Nurburg landscape from the balcony.
The check-in process was a nightmare, requiring excessive time on a complicated computer system. I found myself wandering to the next building just to find my room, feeling rather lost and frustrated. the noise from the bar area during the night made it hard to get a good night's sleep.
