The check-in process was a nightmare, requiring excessive time on a complicated computer system. I found myself wandering to the next building just to find my room, feeling rather lost and frustrated. the noise from the bar area during the night made it hard to get a good night's sleep.

had a great stay! the room was spacious with a good view, and the tea/coffee facilities were nice. breakfast was amazin, and the staff were super friendly. also, there were complementary water and snacks, which was a nice touch.
